Elizabeth Ziegenfuss, a native to Delray Beach, is a Certified Personal Trainer and currently in her Master’s program for mental health at Florida Atlantic University. As president of Strength ↦ Happiness, Inc., a life fitness company, her mission is to educate the community on how enjoyable fitness and healthy eating habits can be. She is based out of Lantana Fitness (1/2 mile east of I-95 on Lantana Rd) but will also travel to you. Whether or not you have a home gym, Elizabeth and her trainers will bring everything you need for a great workout.
